The UConn Chapter of Junior Panhellenic Council
Meetings: Mondays at 6 p.m. in the Student Union, Room 318
Please contact Aleah Edwards (Vice President of Internal Relations) with any questions.
The UConn Junior Panhellenic Council is made up of at least two delegates from each of the eight sororities involved with Panhellenic Council.
The purpose of this council is to foster a bond between the newer members of the social sororities and maintain strong friendships among all of the sisters of Panhellenic, while providing information about participation in College Panhellenic.
The members of Junior Panhellenic are responsible for planning a service event, social event, and circulating a newsletter during their term. Members of Junior Panhellenic attend biweekly meetings as well as Panhellenic Council meetings.
They learn about the positions of Panhellenic Council, IFC, MGC, and NPHC, and develop leadership skills at meetings |
